Darrell Ray Beddow

Darrell Ray Beddow of Mabelvale was born in Ruthven, Iowa to the late Faye and Blanch Beddow on February 23, 1939 and passed away Sunday, October 26, 2014 in Little Rock. He is preceded in death by his son, Danny Beddow and two brothers, Richard and Larry Beddow. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 30 years, Janice as a well as his children, Randy Beddow of Emory, Texas, Diane Valentine (Glenn) of Loanoke, Texas, Mike Beddow (Dena) of Rockwall, Texas, Jackie Beddow (Becky) of Georgia, Wayne Bridgeman (Anita) of Mabelvale and Shannon Bridgeman of Little Rock. Other survivors include his sister, Darlene Rummel, Shirley O'Toole, Margie Hooker and Bonnie Siefkin as well as 19 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a daughter in law Kasey Beddow of Rockwall, Texas. Darrell was full of life and devoted to his family. He was an avid sports fan especially the Rangers and the Cowboys. He proudly served his country in the Air Force, was of Methodist faith and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 form 6-8 p.m. and services will be Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 11 a,n, both will be held at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Hwy. 5 N in Alexander. www.griffinleggettforesthills.com.
