Marsha Lynn Glover

Marsha Lynn Glover, age 59, of Jacksonville, took her best road trip Thursday, October 30, 2014 at home with family and friends by her side. She was born on May 27, 1955 in Little Rock to the late Jeffie "Jack" and Estelle Roberson Glover. Marsha graduated from Jacksonville High School in 1973. Prior to receiving her BSE from the University of Central Arkansas in 1999, Marsha worked at N and N Snack Bar. Later she worked at convenience stores owned by the Edwards and Simmons families. Marsha taught special education in the Little Rock School District at Cloverdale and Forrest Heights middle school for 14 years until her cancer diagnosis in 2013. Thank you to her very best friends, Kathy Ryan Cherry, Susan Coleman, and Nancy Christenberry for all their loving care and support of Marsha. Also thanks to all Marsha's doctors and the Arkansas Hospice staff for their wonderful care. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Phillip Ellerbee; niece, Lisa Ellerbee Gilliam; honorary son, Henry Williams. Marsha is survived by her sister, Brenda Ellerbee of Jacksonville; niece, Devon Siegman (Wesley) of Jacksonville; nephew, Marty Vonderan (Kim) of Jacksonville; three great-nephews, Christopher Gilliam, Lane and Justin Siegman; aunt, Rachel Casteel of Cabot, as well as numerous relatives and friends. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. A memorial service officiated by Mr. Ammon Collins will follow at 12 noon also at the funeral home. Funeral arrangements are by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home and Crematory (501) 982-2136.
