Charles William Swint

Charles William Swint, age 67, went home to the Lord November 4, 2014. Born March 17, 1947 in Des Arc, Arkansas to William and Lola Swint, he's preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Richard and Shirley. He's survived by his wife of 42 years Felecia Swint; children, Audrey and D.J. Roderick, Bill and Christina Swint; grandchildren, Hunter, John Ethan and Charlie Swint; siblings, Marshall, Lola, Ricky and Kim Swint, John Carter; nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Audrey Carter. Charles, a retired machinist was secretary of Lonoke Masonic Lodge #51, commander of American Legion Post 200, Bible Study leader at Lincoln Plaza, lead the decoration of the area cemeteries, a Sunday School Teacher at LBC, served on the Lonoke County Veterans Memorial, member of LHS class of 1966, proudly served his country in Vietnam as a Staff Sargent in the USAF. Visitation is Friday, November 7 at Boyd Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. and Services are Saturday, November 8 at 2 p.m. at Lonoke Baptist Church, interment in Lonoke Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Lonoke Baptist Church Benevolence Fund or Arkansas Hospice.
