Phillip J. "Jerry" Seerey, 52, of Lonoke, formerly of Little Rock was born May 1st, 1962 in Little Rock to John William "Bill" Seerey and Delores Sarna Seerey Shuster and passed away on Wednesday, November 5th, 2014 in North Little Rock. He is preceded in death by his father and his brother William Joseph "Billy" Seerey. He is survived by his mother, Delores and her husband George of Greers Ferry, his sisters, Cindy Gladish and her husband Jerry of Carlisle and Janette Thornton and her husband Ron of Marana, Ariz. Other survivors include his stepdaughter, Salina Harris of Sherwood and step-grandchildren, Makail, Aalyah and Tylan Harris as well as several nieces and nephews. He was an avid Razorback fan who enjoyed reading science fiction and could have been considered a computer geek. He was a Catholic High Graduate and was proud to replace his father on the Catholic High School Football Chain Gang. He worked as a machinist at MKT Fastening and his skills were most appreciated by his coworkers. He was a loyal step father, step grand father, brother and son. A visitation will be held on Saturday, November, 8, 2014 at 12 noon at Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Hwy. 5 North in Alexander and followed by a graveside service at 1 p.m. in Forest Hills Memorial Park. www.griffinleggettforesthills.com.
