Claudine Owens, 82, of Piggott, Ark., passed away Nov. 25. Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 28, at 12 p.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Ark., is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation begins Friday at 11 a.m. until service time.
