Pauline Shultz Harrison

Pauline Shultz Harrison, 84, was born on December 20, 1929 in the Red Hill Community, just south of Romance to Houston and Rosie Jones Shultz. She lived in Romance most of younger life. She graduated from Beebe Junior College and also UCA at Conway. Before her retirement in 1977 she taught in Rose Bud, Osceola, Cabot and Searcy. She was married to Carl H. Harrison and they owned The Harrison Sharpening Business, where she helped with the Business. Pauline was member of the Four-Mile Hill Church of Christ. Her hobbies were signing and writing songs, poems, and short stories. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carl Harrison, three sisters, Vertina Fowlks, Gereda Perry and Doris Dodson. She is survived by one nephew, Glendell Roberson, and one niece, Arvina Kaneff of Bardstown, Kentucky. She is also survived by several grand and great-grand nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home in Searcy. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the Romance Cemetery.
