Dallas Yates Calhoun III

A Memorial Service for Dallas Yates Calhoun III will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with celebrant Donna Valentine conducting. Yates was born in Drew County, Ark. on January 3, 1939. He attended college at Arkansas A&M in Monticello and graduated from Northeast Louisiana College (now ULM) with a degree in pharmacy. He was of the Presbyterian faith. He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Polly Johnson Calhoun, son, Dallas Yates Calhoun IV, parents Ethel Allen and Dallas Yates Calhoun II, sister and brother-in-law, Frances Johnson and Warren Lint. He is survived by his daughter, Statia Calhoun Neel and husband John Edward Neel and numerous cousins.
