Richard E. Allen, 57, of Springdale, passed away October 6, 2014. He was born February 19, 1957 in St. Johns Newfoundland, Canada to the late Darel and Pauline Grummons Allen. Survivors, best friend, Carrie Allen, step-daughters, Melody Butler of Lincoln, Arkansas and Rida Knotts-Reed of Missouri, one step-brother and aunt, Sadie Thistle of St. Johns Newfoundland, Canada, five grandchildren.
