Edna Ruth Burks

Edna Ruth Burks, age 89, passed away October 11, 2014 in Benton, Arkansas. She was born November 2, 1924 to the late William and Minnie (Spence) Bramlett in Russellville, Ark. She was a homemaker and co-owner of the 6411 Club. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Dalton Burks Sr.; two sons Richard Tyra and Bill Conway. Survivors include two sons; James Dalton Burks, Jr. of Benton and Carl Tyra of Troy, Montana, two grandchildren; Tracie Conway and Michael Tyra, one niece; Suzanne Burks Gray and other relatives and friends. Graveside Service is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Ten Mile Cemetery in Lonsdale, Arkansas with Bro. Albert Haupt officiating.
