Peggy Sue Manus

Peggy Sue Graham Manus, age 69, of Rison, Arkansas passed away October 19, 2014. Mrs. Manus was born August 22, 1945 in Camden, Ark. the daughter of the late Howard Graham and Margaret Pierce Graham. She was a member of the Rison Baptist Church. Mrs. Manus is a retiree of the Cleveland County School District, where she enjoyed her cheerleader coaching position from 1980 to 2003. Most important of all was spending family time together. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Manus is preceded in death by one sister, Jeanette Graham and one brother, Bud Graham. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 48 years, Randall E. Manus of Rison, whom she married May 28, 1966; two daughters, Michelle Roberts and her husband John Mark of Rison and Melissa "Missy" Allaire and her husband Joe Bob of Calgary AB, Canada; two brothers, Larry Graham and Randy Graham, both of Bearden, Ark.; three sisters, Dorothy Dunn of Dallas, Texas, Joye Ann Quarles of Bearden, Ark. and Doris Smith of Crossett, Ark.; three grandchildren, Sloane Roberts and John Chandler Roberts of Rison and Chance Michael Allaire of Calgary AB, Canada. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Buie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m., Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Rison Baptist Church with Brother Danny Allen and Brother Wade Totty officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Rison. Pallbearers are Jason Phillips, Clay Totty, Justin Crain, Mike McWhorter, Eric Graham and Kyle Graham; honorary pallbearers are all of Peggy's former Rison Cheerleaders.
