Glenna Dougan, 74, of Heber Springs died Sunday, October 19, 2014 in Heber Springs, Arkansas. She was born July 22, 1940 in Lamar, Arkansas to Joe and Euna (Hardcastle) Dickey. Mrs. Dougan worked for L.W. Clark Inc. for 38 years running their business offices in the Clarksville, Fordyce, and Springdale locations. During this time, she helped the company transition from owning stave mills to owning Burger Kings and retired as Secretary/Treasurer of the corporation. Mrs. Dougan was actively involved in the Presbyterian Church in Fordyce, serving as a Deacon and a member of various committees until she moved to Springdale. She was also actively involved in the Springdale Presbyterian church during the time she lived there. Glenna loved her church family. Mrs. Dougan was preceded in death by her father Joe Dickey, her mother Euna Elenor Hardcastle Dickey; and one sister Azile D Moak. Survivors include one daughter, Kadra Daniel and husband Doug of Fox; one grandson, Landon Daniel, one granddaughter, Talyn Daniel, and one step-granddaughter, Lyndsey Daniel; one sister, JoAnn Dickey Shatwell and husband Leroy of Clarksville; one brother-in-law, Don Moak of Clarksville; a nephew, Dickey Shatwell and wife Teresa of Lamar, Ark.; three nieces, Kim Shatwell Young and husband Chris of Belton, Mo.; DeeNita Moak of Mclean, Va.: and Krista Moak and husband Andre of North Little Rock along with several great-nieces and nephews and their families whom she loved very much. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville. Mrs. Dougan Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Roller-Cox funeral Home. Burial will follow at Annie's Chapel cemetery in Lamar with Doug Daniel, Landon Daniel, Dickey Shatwell, Jacob Shatwell, Chris Young, and Alex Young serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Claud Dougan, Don Dougan, Fred Dougan, H.L. Stumbagh, and Bobby Joe Wilkins.
