Emma Lee Wade, 86, of Clinton, Ark., passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side on Oct. 25, 2014. Emma Lee Jones Wade, the 13th child of John and Emma Hardester was born at Rupert, Ark. on July 27, 1928. She is survived by her husband, John Wade; two daughters and one son, Dianna (Tom) Huie of Clinton, Ark., Deborah (James) Barton of Memphis, Tenn., Doug (Bridgett) Jones of Fairfield Bay; five grandchildren, Greg Huie, Melissa (Brandon) Holley, Stephen (Galiya) Mimms, Chloe (Bailey) Jones Bass, Dylan Jones; five great-grandchildren, Josh Huie, Alyssa Huie, Matthew Huie, Savannah Holley, and Zachary Holley ; and one great-great-granddaughter, Aviella Huie. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her 10 siblings and grandson, Bryan Huie. She enjoyed singing in the choir and teaching Sunday school at Friendship Baptist Church for many years. Her family will always remember her beautiful smile, caring spirit, and love for her family. She loved quilting, sewing, painting, and making her "famous" chocolate pies. Emma Lee was employed at Baker's Drug Store, Lefler's Fashion, and Van Buren County Home Health for many years where she made many lasting friendships. Visitation will be at Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton, Ark. with a memorial service to follow at 11 a.m. Cremation Arrangements and Memorial Service are under the care and direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Clinton, Ark.
