Rickey Earl Honorable

Rickey Earl Honorable, 46, departed this life to be with our Lord Sunday, September 7, 2014. Born December 12, 1967 in Little Rock, Rickey was a wonderful husband, father and son. He was a graduate of historic Little Rock Central High School and Arkansas College of Technology; and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he majored in Computer Science. Rickey enjoyed a successful 25-year banking career and felt it was his life's calling to assist families with securing their dream homes. He was an avid sportsman who loved to fish and golf. Rickey found the most joy in the fellowship of family and friends. A man of deep faith, Rickey accepted Christ at an early age at Allen Chapel A.M.E. in Sweet Home and later joined St. Mark Baptist Church in Little Rock. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Colette; daughter, Sydney; parents, William and Maggie Honorable; mother-in-law Joyce Dodson and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Rickey's homegoing service will be held: Saturday, September 13, 2014, 11 a.m. at St. Mark Baptist Church, 5722 W. 12th. Visitation will be Friday, September 12, 6-7:30 p.m., also at St. Mark.
