Nell Moore Henson

Nell Moore Henson, 83, of North Little Rock and formerly of Blytheville, passed from this life on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at the Springhill Memorial Hospital in North Little Rock. Born to Moss and Esther Hughes Moore in Huffman, Arkansas, she was a lifelong area resident, a member of North Tenth Street Baptist Church and a homemaker. Her parents, husband, James Henson; granddaughter, Kathryn Henson and 3 siblings preceded her in death. Nell is survived by her children, Jan and Steve Littrell of Blytheville, Paul Henson of Jacksonville, Douglas and Vicki Henson of Little Rock; grandchildren, Jennifer and John Johnson of Blytheville, Lauren Henson of Farmington, Missouri and great grandson, Robert Hopper survive her. The family extends a special thank you and recognition to friends and staff of Pleasant Hills Assisted Living and the Fox Ridge Assisted Living for all the care and concern they exhibited toward Nell. Funeral services are Friday, September 12, 2014, at 11 a.m. at the North Tenth Street Baptist Church in Blytheville with Dr. Max Briley officiating with burial to follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
