Daniel Lambert Sr. was born on July 27, 1976 to Thomas and Bobbie Lambert in Orange, California. He was the sixth child of 11 children born to this union. Daniel accepted Christ at a young age and joined Morning Star Baptist Church in Long Beach, California under the Pastorship, of his father, Thomas H. Lambert. Daniel served on many ministries in the church. He served on the Usher Board, the Junior Choir, he was the drummer for the Music Department, and he faithfully attended Sunday School. He loved the Lord! As a young boy, Daniel was very quiet and has always had a very giving spirit. He was once told by his mother, "Daniel if your head was not sewed onto your neck, you would give it away!" Daniel truly loved helping people! Daniel attended and graduated from Lakewood High School in Lakewood, California where he also played on the Varsity Basketball Team. He relocated to North Little Rock, Arkansas with his parents in 1996 where he attended Pulaski Technical College. He later joined Second Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Kevin A. Kelly. Daniel enjoyed life to the fullest and he was "ole school" at heart! He loved cooking, bar-b-quing, the country life, riding horses, fishing, spending time with family and listening to his West Coast Music. He never met a stranger, ALWAYS laughing, telling jokes, and when he saw you, you were sure to be smiling before he left your presence. He was the most kindhearted, loving, generous, and friendliest person you would want to meet. He loved working with his hands. He could repair, build, and install anything. He was gifted with many talents and he was a skilled carpenter. Daniel's four children were his heart and he looked forward to seeing them. His family was everything to him. He was all about love and he truly loved his family! Daniel Lambert, Sr. departed this life on September 10, 2014. He was preceded in death by his father, the late Pastor Thomas Henry Lambert, his daughter Braylee Michelle Lambert, his sister Portia Latisha Lambert, his grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Ernest Bragg Sr., and Mr. & Mrs. Horace Lambert.
