Amanda loved her family and they all were so close to each other. They shared many good times together over the years. She had a gift of compassion and was always willing to help anyone in need, offer wisdom or advice if asked, share a smile or laugh, an encouraging word or a shoulder to cry on. She prayed each day for her family and others. Amanda grew up in a Christian family and was a Christian girl herself from an early age. She also made sure her girls grew up going to church and becoming Christians themselves. She was a beloved mother to her two daughters, Kappi and Margaret. She was always there to support them in all activities they took part in. Amanda worked as a physician's office nurse for over 20 years.
