Betty Mae Toliver

Betty Mae Toliver of North Little Rock, Ark., was born August 13, 1938 and peacefully passed on March 28, 2015. She was the daughter of John and Bernice Tenpenny. Betty was the wife of the late Henry L. Toliver Sr. for over 40 years of faithful marriage. She had over 30 years of service before retiring from the North Little Rock School District. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers; and one sister. She is survived by: three sons, Henry, Curtis and Lynn; four daughters, Deborah, Patricia, Robin and Marketta; two brothers, Clarence and Samuel; two sisters, Jeanetta and Rose and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, April 2, 2015, 6-8 p.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S. Chester St., Little Rock, Ark. (501) 372-1305. She was a faithful member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, 8205 Hwy. 161 North Little Rock, AR., where funeral services will be held Friday, April 3, 2015, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Little Rock National Cemetery at 12 noon.
