David Carl Frank

David Frank, 71, died Thursday. Survivors include: wife, Peggy; sons, John, Mark, Daniel, Martie; daughter, Amy Garner; sister, Mary Ann Koon; nine grandchildren. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Monday, at Arkansas Veterans Cemetery in Birdeye. There will be no visitation for Mr. Frank.
