Robert "Clark" Hansell III, 77 of Knoxville, Ark., passed away March 30, 2015. He was born March 3, 1938 in Tulsa, Okla. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Clark Hansell Jr. and Emma Ayer Lawrason, of Muskogee, Okla. and his wife, Brenda Hickman Hansell. He is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Hastings of Joplin, Mo. and Lillian Fagan and husband Mike Fagan of Fayetteville, Ark.; three step-sons, Cecil Hill and wife Jana of Portland, Mark Hill and Scott Hill of Springdale, Ark.; grandchildren, G. Wesley Crainshaw, R. Jeffrey Crainshaw, Lillian Hastings, Elizabeth Hastings, Mason Hill and Gracie Hill. Clark attended The University of the South in Sewanee, Tenn., where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, obtaining the rank of captain after serving four years. He was intelligent, outgoing and fun-loving, as expressed by his family and friends. His love for his wife was immeasurable. Interment will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 7 at the Fayetteville National Cemetery.
