Janelle H. Spencer

Janelle H. Spencer, age 92, of Springdale, died April 5, 2015 at Willard Walker Hospice House in Fayetteville. She was born November 19, 1922, in Watts, Oklahoma, the daughter of Elmer and Bula Roberson Harris. She was of the Baptist faith and was a retired quality control supervisor for Mexican Original. She enjoyed painting pictures, sewing and spending time with her family. She is preceded by her husband, Wayne Spencer, who died in 1992; two daughters, Donna and Janie; two sisters and one brother. Mrs. Spencer is survived by three sons: Terry Spencer and Susan of Rogers; Donnie Spencer and Linda of Hot Springs and Steve Spencer and Donna of Springdale; one son-in-law, Rick Henry, of Fayetteville; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Elkins, Arkansas under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home. There will not be a visitation.
