Survivors wife, Beverly; parents, Roy and Susan McIntosh of Smithville; son, Zachary Collin and stepchildren, Hayden and Morgan; three brothers and one sister. Funeral at noon, Thursday at Tri-County Chapel at Highland. Burial in Buchanan Cemetery near Poughkeepsie.
