Glen Hale, 53, died Wednesday. Survivors are mother, Nancy Sue Hale; step-father, Grady Hudson; son, J.D. Ethridge; daughters, Amanda Rhodes, Brandy Kirby and Tiffany Teffteller; four brothers; three grandchildren.
