Jerald Dean Johnston

Jereld (Fereld) Dean Johnston, age 71, of Conway passed away on Wednesday April 8, 2015 at Conway Regional Hospital. He was a Marine in the US Military and retired after 37 years of service as a production manager with Virco, Inc in Conway. Jereld enjoyed traveling and had a deep love for his family and friends. Survivors are his wife, Joy Ann Davis Johnston, son, Scotty Dean Johnston, daughter, Karen Ann Johnston McPeake, son in-law, Aaron McPeake, grandsons, Christopher Johnston, Forrest McPeake and granddaughter, Marissa McPeake, brother, Larry (PeeWee) Johnston, 32 nieces and nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jasper and Florence Bennett Johnston, four brothers and six sisters. Visitation will be Sunday April 12, 2015 at 5:30-8:30 p.m. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. on Monday April 13, 2015 at Olmstead Funeral Home Chapel, with internment at Shiloh Crossroads Cemetery in Greers Ferry. www.olmstead.cc.
