Gertrude R. Dye

Gertrude R. Dye, 93, of Greenbrier passed away on Friday, April 10, 2015. She was born January 18, 1922, in Crawford Co. Georgia to the late Virgil A. Rowland and Beatrice Gunter Rowland. She was also preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers. Mrs. Dye was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Faith Tabernacle in Greenbrier, Arkansas. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Vanetta Dye of Wooster; grandchildren, Charles W. Dye Jr. of Summerville South Carolina, Kimberly Anne Dye and Marlin Daniel Dye both of Eatonton, Georgia; seven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; three nieces and two nephews. Visitation will be 5 – 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier. A Graveside Service will follow at Piney Mount United Methodist Church Cemetery in Tennille, Georgia at a later date.
