Maxine Roberts, 92, of West Memphis died Saturday, April 11, 2015 in West Memphis. Mrs. Roberts was born on December 20, 1922 in Rowell, Arkansas to Malcolm McNeil Maxwell and Alma Sipes Maxwell. She was a member of the West Memphis First United Methodist Church and retired from the U.S. Corp of Engineers as a Contract Specilist. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Frank Alfred Roberts. She is survived by her three daughters, Kay Tyler (Steve) of Maumell, Ark.; Carolyn Perkins (N.B. Jr.) of Cordova, Tenn.; and Mary Marconi (Phil) of Marion, Ark.; her twin sister, Eveline Vaughn (Carl) of West Memphis, Ark.; six grandchildren, Ryan Tyler (Amity), Jon Tyler, Nicholson and Nathan Perkins, Marissa and Phillip Marconi, two great-grandchildren, Avery and Claire Tyler. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home with services on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at the West Memphis First United Methodist Church at 2 p.m. with interment at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas.
