James Lowell Halbert

Mr. James Lowell Halbert age 89, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, former long time resident of Forrest City, Arkansas died Monday, April 13, 2015 at the Baptist Hospital in Heber Springs. Mr. Halbert was born January 12, 1926 in Forrest City. He was the son of Paul Halbert and Lottie Fleetwood Halbert. Mr. Halbert was retired the Postal Service in Forrest City, served in the United State Air Corps during World War II and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Heber Springs. Mr. Halbert is survived by his wife of 66 years Mary Ellen Thomas Halbert. Memorial services will be held graveside Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Forrest Park Cemetery in Forrest City.
