Donald (Don) Leird

Donald Paul (Don) Leird, age 87, of Benton; passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015. He was born July 8, 1927 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Leird was a member of First United Methodist Church in Benton and a Shriner. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Mark Leird and Lucille Cabaniss Leird and his wife of 68 years, Bettye (Susie) Leird, who passed just two months before him. He is survived by his daughter, Donna Walls & husband Sam of Little Rock; two grandsons, Sam Walls III & wife Jennifer of Little Rock and Marcus Walls & wife Melanie of Eatonton, Georgia and four great-grandchildren, Allie, Brookelyn, Brylee and Sam IV.
