John Paladino

John Joseph Paladino of Little Rock was born October 5th, 1922 in Center Ridge, Arkansas to the late Robert and Julia( Desalvo) Paladino. He passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Ida Lee (Kirky) and his daughters Shelley Dent (Scott) of Little Rock and Johnnie Marie Mulligan (Jay) of Las Vegas, Nevada. Other survivors include his grandchildren, Ashley Dent Brown, Brandon Dent, Carmen Dent and Tracy Smith and great-grandchildren Amber Smith, Aaron Dent, Tristan Brown and Rosalyn Brown as well as many extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, four sisters and a grandson, Brett Pennington. Mr. Paladino was a Navy Veteran who served in both WWII and the Korean wars. He was a devout Catholic and member of the Knights of Columbus. He worked in Insurance Sales for many years and enjoyed watching Westerns, playing cards and dominoes. A rosary will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 6 p.m. followed by a visitation until 8 p.m. with a memorial service on Friday, April, 24, 2015 at 11 a.m. All services will be held at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Funeral Home, 5800 West 12th Street in Little Rock. www.griffinleggetthealeyroth.com.
