Ms. Regina Counts-Cathey, 48, of Little Rock, passed away on April 16, 2015. She was born on December 6, 1966 to Reginald and Georgia Counts. She is survived by her: parents-Reginald and Georgia Counts, children, Marcellus Counts, Dasmein Counts, Robert Green, Aaron Robinson, and Ashley Counts, sibling, Bobby Parker, Jr, Janssen Counts, Martenous Counts, Reginald Counts, Torri Counts, Tracey Parker, Catrice Counts, Bridget McCoy and Christie Counts, and five grandchildren.
