Billie Neal Orr, 88, of Myron died Wednesday. Survivors wife, Norma; daughter, Patricia Bolt of North Little Rock; son and daughter by marriage, Kendall Stroud of Myron and Kelly Quinn of Conway. Funeral services are 2 p.m. today at Chapel of Tri-county Funeral Home in Highland.
