Clifford W. Brainard

Clifford William Brainard, 83, of Rogers, Ark. passed away Saturday morning, April 25, 2015 at Circle of Life Legacy Village Hospice. He was born May 13, 1931 in Rockford, IL to Edward and Margaret Cole Brainard. He proudly served in the United States Navy, as well as working for the Telephone Pioneers. Clifford had a special love for his family, friends and his pets. He was known for his kindness towards everyone and had a great sense of humor. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Margaret; three brothers and one sister. Clifford is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Patricia Jean; four children, Charles Jackson, Clifford Brainard Jr., Robert Brainard, and Christopher Brainard; and several grandchildren. A memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Circle of Life Legacy Village Hospice Chapel, 1201 NE Legacy Pkwy., Bentonville, Ark. 72712 with Chaplain Chuck Bengtson officiating. Graveside service will be at 1 p.m., Friday, May 1, 2015 at the Fayetteville National Cemetery. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services of Rogers.
