Phillip Garrett, 85, of Dardanelle, died, April 23, 2015 at River Valley Medical Center in Dardanelle. Funeral Service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, May 2, at New Hope Baptist Church, Dardanelle. Burial 3 p.m. at Spring Valley Cemetery, Ferndale, by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home.
