Michael R. Carter "Captain Mike/Rivermouse" of Little Rock, AR., the son of Dr. Vertie L. Carter and the late Isaiah Carter passed Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Survivors include: his devoted wife, Inge R. Carter, MD; daughter, Felicia Jeanette; son, Robert Christopher; brother, Larry D. Carter, Sr. (Zenobia), many relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015, 1:00 pm, at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Roosevelt & Main Street, Little Rock, AR. Interment will follow at Elmlawn Cemetery.
