John Anthony Watkins

John Anthony Watkins, 54, of Rogers, Ark. passed away July 26, 2015 at his residence in Rogers. He was born July 8, 1961 in Long Beach, Calif. to William Dwane and Joan Frances Arbuckle Watkins. He proudly served in the United States Navy. John had a great sense of humor and was always making people laugh. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and, most of all, a friend to all who knew him. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Rogers. He was preceded in death by his father. John is survived by his wife of 32 years, Lori Hantelman Watkins; daughter, Erin Watkins; granddaughter, Sophia Grace Houk, both of Rogers; his mother, Joan Watkins and one brother, William Jerome Watkins, both of Coweta, Okla.
