Anna McDougal Shane

Anna McDougal Shane was born November 24, 1926 and died August 2, 2015. She was the daughter of Jim and Gertie Martin McDougal who preceded her in death as did her husband, Homer Shane and her son, Leslie Shane, three brothers and one sister. Anna is survived by her daughters; Barbara Nicholson and Patricia Meharg and her husband Bud, 11 grandchildren, three brothers, three sisters, a special sister-in-law, Sudie McDougal, 32 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday evening, August 4, 2015 at the Roller Daniel Funeral Home chapel in Searcy, Arkansas. Funeral services are 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Pleasant Plains, Arkansas with interment following at Union Grove Cemetery.
