Melvin Earl Sims Sr., services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. by Rev. Michael Williams, Pastor at Family Time Church in Pine Bluff. Survivors include Keisha Oliver, Melvin Sims and Rochelle Sims, five sisters, one brother and three grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Funeral Home. Burial in PK Miller Cemetery by Perry Funeral Home.
