Malvertis Woolfolk, of Little Rock, Arkansas was born February 3, 1929, to the late John and Janie Freeman of Sherrill, Arkansas, and received her wings Monday, August 10, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband Cozy Lee Woolfolk; siblings, Essie Freeman, Gerald Freeman, Demple McCray, John Freeman Jr., Thornton Freeman and Charles Freeman; children, Timothy Woolfolk and Cozette Woolfolk. She is survived by: sons, Paul (Erma) Woolfolk, Donald Woolfolk, Ronald Woolfolk, Michael (Kenitra) Woolfolk, Charles Brown and Anthony Freeman; daughters Shirley Lowe, Gloria Wright, Linda (Yancy) Hooks, Marilyn Rutledge, Cozetta (Terry) Lee, Gwendolyn (Theodis) Bealer, Yolanda Woolfolk, Diane Woolfolk, Jillian Woolfolk, and Natalyn Woolfolk; three sisters, Dorothy Bland, Janie (Willie) Thomas, and Juana Dockett; sisters-in-law Eola Woolfolk and Charlene Freeman; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a host of relatives. A family hour will be held on Friday, August 14, 2015, 6-8 p.m. at Gospel Temple Baptist, 2420 Wolfe St., Little Rock, Arkansas 72202. Service will be held Saturday, August 15, 2015, 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 901 Calhoun St., Little Rock, Arkansas, Reverend Wilbon Trimble officiating. Special thank you to Baptist Home Hospice, especially Tina Parker and Kelly Clifton for the love, care and compassion extended to our family.
