Martha Elizabeth Hart Smith, 102, Little Rock, died Wednesday. She was born in North Little Rock to the late Charlie and Effie Hart on August 1, 1913. Her parents; husband, Essie Smith; and 8 brothers and six sisters preceded her in death. Survivors: Nunnie Bea, Bernice Ford, Brenda Green, Martha Haygood, Deborah (Bobby) Dukes, Sharon White, Larry and Nelson (Clara) Watson.
