PATSY (PAT) LOU HOLT WALKER went to be with our Lord, Aug. 22, 2015. She was born Dec. 18, 1931 in McRae, Ark. to the late Almous and Allie Holt. She was the Salutatorian of her graduating Class of 1949. She graduated from the Beebe Junior College. She retired from the Arkansas Employment Security Division where she was an accountant. With the way she loved to count the numbers, we know she counted the stairs on her way to heaven. She was a member of Western Hills United Methodist Church since April 14, 1964. She loved her church and served on several different committees throughout the years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her infant son, Keith Walker; her sister, Dollie Robison of Forrest City; and her brother, Kip Holt of McRae. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Cletus Max Walker; her son and daughter-in-law, Dan Max Walker and Cecilia Howell Walker; and her daughter, Tina Lou Walker Davis; and three grandsons: Cody Walker, Clayton Walker, and Spencer Davis; one sister, Allene Holt Sneed; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was a loving wife and mother. The time that she got to spend with her grandsons was very special to her. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved fishing, her flowers, crossword, jumble, Sudoku puzzles, and watching the birds in her back yard. Her favorites were her bluebirds that nested in her bird houses every year. One of her biggest enjoyments was her line dancing that she did with her friends at Trinity Methodist Church. Her lively spirit and energy will be greatly missed by all who loved her. We would like to thank the Hospice Home Care Center on Bowman Road in Little Rock for the many acts of kindness and support given to our mother and family. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015 at the Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel with a graveside service to follow at the Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 Highway 5 N, Alexander, AR 72002. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015 at the Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Pkwy, Little Rock, AR 72211, (501) 224-8300.
