Lois Campbell Bascom

Lois Campbell Bascom, age 87 of Springdale, Ark. passed away on Aug. 27, 2015. She was at home, surrounded by loved ones and under the care of Washington Regional Hospice. She was born on Nov. 14, 1927 in Texarkana, Texas to James and Alice Campbell. She loved her family and friends and taught us all by her example how to face life's challenges with a sense of humor and gratitude. Our memories of her will be cherished ones and she will be sorely missed. She was survived by three daughters, Linda McCourt and husband Joe of Prairie Grove, Ark.; Barbara Warlick and husband Phil of Raleigh, N.C.; Debra Ray Kleppe of Libby, Mont.; eight grandchildren, Scott & Kim McCourt of Prairie Grove, Ark.; Susan McCourt of Fayetteville, Ark.; Joel & Erika McCourt of Springdale, Ark.; Stacy & Jim Parker of Bandera, Texas; Shane Kleppe of Texarkana, Texas; Chelsea Kleppe of Dallas, Texas; Charles & Wendy Warlick of Cary, N.C.; Lori Warlick of Washington, D.C.; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 31, 2015 at Westfield Chapel in Springdale. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015 at Bluff Cemetery.
