Shawanna Philtrece "Treece" Brown

SHAWANA PHILTRECE "TREECE" BROWN was born June 19, 1967, in Little Rock, Ark., to Deloyse Brown and the late Ronald "Butch" Blue. Treece inherited the sickle cell disease from her father and needed a lot of care and attention. She was adopted by her grandparents, Isaac Sr. and Temerdis Brown. Treece had every right to cry, be mad or even fall into depression, but instead she loved and lived every moment she was given. She was a passionate person who would go to war for her family and friends! On Monday, Aug. 24, 2015, Treece answered the call from this earthly life to her eternal home. She was preceded in death by her father, grandparents, son, Desirea Rice; brothers, Lonnie and Isaac Brown; sister, Jimmye Lee Nation and special aunt, Cassandra "Penny" Blue. She leaves to cherish her memories and mourn her passing, mother, Deloyse Dalphus; sons; Javarius (Desiree) and Damion (Jocelyn) Brown, God-sons; Justin Clark and Devin McGee, God-daughter; Tykeira Blair; grandmother; Bernice Blue, brothers; Robert Dalphus, Clarence Brown, Robert Anthony, Richard Shaun Brown, sisters; Dorothy Walker, Kathryn (Andrew) Kelly, granddaughters; Ja'Mayah Brown and Masynn Brown, special friend, Delores "Auntie Am" Howard, host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and family.
