Ronald Lee Skaggs

Ronald Lee Skaggs, 70, Little Rock died Monday. He was born May 17, 1945 in Morehead, Kentucky. Ron was retired from Ford Motor Company. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, three sisters. Survivors, his dear friends, Jerry W. Tully, Little Rock; Chuck (Lisa) Tully, Prattsville; two nieces.
