Marion Louis Hughes, Sr.

Marion Louis Hughes, Sr., age 72, of Bryant, passed away Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015. He was born Jan. 7, 1943 in Hot Springs. Marion was a retired shop manager, a Baptist, and a beloved dad and grandpaw. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Gussie Parker Hughes; brother, James E. Hughes; sisters, Ruby Wendle and Emma Hefley. Survivors: son, Marion Hughes Jr. and wife, Nikki, Benton; grandchildren: Jake, Taylor, and Brooke Hughes; and his partner in crime, his dog Lexi. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday at Ashby's. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Owensville Cemetery.
