Thelma Lee Padgett Moore, age 96, of Perryville, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2015. She was born May 9, 1919 in Aplin, a daughter of George Archie Padgett and Evadney Caroline Lewis Padgett. She was a homemaker and a member of the Perryville Church of Christ. She was the widow of Andrew Jackson Moore. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Gail Robinson (Drew) of Casa and Jan Moore of Aplin; son-in-law, Rodger Jackson of Sherwood; grandchildren, Michael Robinson (Mona) of Perryville, Michele Ruff (Doug) of Aplin, Shannon Jackson of Nashville, Tennessee, and Sean Jackson (Melissa) of Maumelle; great-grandchildren, Jessica Ratkovic (Stevan) of Maumelle, Megan Harrell (Grafton) of Jonesboro, Corey Ruff of Aplin, and Candace Ruff of Aplin; great-great-grandchildren, Adleigh Jackson and Cohen Jackson of Maumelle; and a host of family and friends. Other than her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Nancy Jane Jackson and Tanya Leigh Moore. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, December 11, at the Perryville Church of Christ with Jerry Almond officiating. Burial will be at Smyers Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Perryville Church of Christ or American Cancer Society.
