Charles Scott 73 of Hot Springs Village died Tuesday, December 29, 2015. He retired from Smith Fiberglass System, LP. He was a former member of St. Matthew Baptist Church and a present member of Roanoke Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Earlene Scott; children, Charles Ray Scott, Kelvin Parker, Vera Bickerstaff, Valerie Parker, Velina Heard, Charlotte Pearson, Felicia Cox and Natalie Branam; sister, Annie Mae Smith; grandchildren and extended family. Funeral service Saturday, 12 noon, January 2, 2016, St. Matthew Baptist Church, 6411 Kerr Road, Scott, Ark.
