Teresa L. Smith, 54, of El Paso passed on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 surrounded by family. Born on April 28, 1961 to Charlie Wheat and Sharon Cotton in National City, California. Teresa was preceded in death by her father, Charlie. She leaves behind, Tom Mulkey; her children, Erika Smith (Kore) of Lonoke, Riley Smith of Temecula, California, and Tee Mulkey (Ashley) of El Paso; grandchildren, Mickenzie, L.J., Madyson, Olivia, Deegan, Jesse, Ethan, McKallie, Callan, and Jameson; mother, Sharon; two siblings, Sunnie and Tony. Teresa had a love for riding horses, photography and jewelry. She was an art teacher who enjoyed silver smithing. A memorial service in her honor on Saturday, January 2, 2016 beginning at 2 p.m. at A Natural State Funeral Service Chapel.
