Myrna Jeanette Peters

MYRNA JEANETTE PETERS, age 80, born July 30, 1934 in Lonoke to Elmer and Idell Bone, went to be with our Lord on Jan. 30, 2015. Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Bill Peters and a nephew, Tom Bone. She is survived by her siblings, Marlon (Jo Ann) Bone of Independence, Mo., Joan (Don) Norton of Little Rock and Pat (Larry) Johnson of North Little Rock; four nephews, Steve and Monte Bone and Nicholas and Patrick Johnson; two nieces, Sherri Perry and Kim Tinkle; four great-nieces and four great-nephews; one great-great-niece and two great-great-nephews and her special dog "Molly." Myrna was a member of Lonoke Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir. She was an executive officer for First Federal Savings in Stuttgart and Lonoke Chamber of Commerce. Myrna and Bill were avid Razorback fans and attended every home and away game. Myrna will be missed by many relatives and friends. Visitation will be at 9 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2 at Lonoke Baptist Church. Funeral Services will follow at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Brownsville Cemetery, arrangements by Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke. www.boydfuneralhome.net.
