Melissa Ann Davis

Melissa Ann Davis passed away at her home Saturday, January 31, 2015. Born in Tyler, Texas on May 20, 1968 the was the daughter of the late Melvin Ray Tarver, Sr. and Rose Marie Dunn Tarver. Melissa was a loving wife and mother and grandmother. She was a United States Army Veteran. She was preceded in death by her first husband Dennis Leon Sanders and her son Brandon Cory Sanders. She is survived by her partner Charles Scott Davis and her children, Ashley Nicole Sanders and Mathew Joseph Woods, her grandchildren, Stormie Gene Sanders, Landon Paul Sanders and Jayce Mathew Woods, her mother, Marie Davis, her brothers, Melvin Ray Tarver, Jr. and James Earl Tarver and her sister, Carolyn Ellis. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Fairfield Bay Baptist Church from 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. with Funeral Services beginning at 4 p.m. Arrangements are by Olmstead Funeral Home. www.olmstead.cc.
