Mary Nell Helbron Kaylor, 71, of Rogers, Ark. passed away Feb. 3, 2015. Mary Nell was born June 1, 1943 in Little Rock, Ark. to John Rudolph and Nellie Best Helbron, who preceded her in death. Mary Nell graduated from Mount St. Mary's academy in 1961 in Little Rock and attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville graduating with her degree in Elementary Education. She was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority, a senior senator in the College of Education and served in many organizations throughout her lifetime. Mary Nell and her husband, Coy were best known for bringing Coys place Restaurant to Fayetteville, Ark. in 1980. In 1998, Mary Nell returned to teaching and taught fourth grade at Elkins Elementary School until retirement. Mary Nell was preceded in death by her husband, Coy Clifton Kaylor Jr. and is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Ann Carnahan; son-in-law, Christopher Allen; grandson, Brandon Christopher; son, Coy Clifton Kaylor III and his wife, Jae; brother, John William Helbron; his wife, Joyce and their son, Jim; cousin, Jo Ellen Barnard, Ruth Markos and their families; brother-in-law, Mike Kaylor and his wife, Lee Anne Kaylor. Services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9, 2015 at St. Raphael's Catholic Church in Springdale, Ark., with Father John Anthony officiating. Memorials may be made to St. Raphael's, Circle of Life Hospice or Elkins Elementary Library. Coffee, refreshments and fellowship will follow after the service. Arrangements under the direction of Benton County Memorial Funeral Home, Rogers, Ark.
