Joe "Jim" Jimmy Painter

Joe "Jim" Jimmy Painter, age 60, of Cabot passed away Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015 at North Metro Medical Center in Jacksonville. He was born Nov. 5, 1954 in Astoria, Ore.; he was the son of Joe Jimmy Painter I and Lee Painter. Jim was a parts man with Hugg & Hall Equipment for over 30 years. He enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter, Katelyn. He is preceded in death by his father, Joe Painter and his father-in-law, Harry Wells. Survivors include his wife, Debra Painter; a son, Jeremy Painter; a precious granddaughter, Katelyn and a grandson on the way, Isaac; he is also survived by his mother, Lee Painter; sisters, Barbara Sparr (Mike) and Linda Jones; sister-in-law, Judy White and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015 at Huson Funeral Home in Sherwood.
